Parqinho da Redençao is a kiddie park located in one corner of Parque Farroupilha in the centre of Porto Alegre. We were walking around the park for almost an hour before we spotted it, thanks to incomplete directions, but once we located it we quickly ticked off the Mini Montanha (#1896), a standard model Wacky Worm.

We were expecting to find a total of three roller coasters in Parque Guaiba, but the information in RCDB proved out of date. The only coaster style ride at the park for our visit was a powered Tornado, and to add insult to injury, we had to buy unlimited wristbands to ride it, as individual tickets were only usable after 8:00pm. With time to kill, we decided to also try the Haunted House dark ride, but to be honest this wasn't worth the effort. The only thing interesting about it was the moment when George attempted to surprise Martin, pictured below.
